Feed and biological value of the alfalfa green mass carbohydrate-lignin complex

Purpose. To study how the content of main nutrients, amount and ratio structural nonstructural carbohydrates in green mass alfalfa changes during process growth development. establish a phase which produced feed will have high biological value. Methods. Results. During development, dry matter increases gradually from 15% to 25%, it decreases 26% 13%, 38%, composition nitrogen-free extractives change. In branching, cellulose is 12%, full flowering 24.6%, beans development 30.6%.
